Our customer wanted to open a pizza joint/ corner store on this property. The existing building was really run down but before renovating, he wanted to ensure the parking lot was in good condition with proper drainage.
To start, we removed the broken asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalk/curb by saw cutting, demolishing, and hauling it away. Then we removed 6" of the base layer to allow enough room for fresh concrete to be poured.
